Coming from a compassion based framework, we will explore the journey of grief. Providing a safe, non-judgmental space, we aspire to support people in the reality of their loss, embracing the pain in doses, and to give room for participants to share their thoughts, emotions, and struggles. Through various activities including grounding work, sharing circles, psycho-education, dyads, expressive art therapy, and journaling we will explore where we are in our own process.
We value social connection, and as facilitators we do not consider ourselves as experts but rather as fellow travelers on the human journey.
