Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is a stress reduction rogram created by Jon Kabat-Zinn. He is a Professor of Medicine Emeritus and a creator of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Centre for Mindfulness in Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
